Booking and Payment

By booking our private chef services, you agree to pay the agreed-upon fee for the specified services. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Please note that your reservation is not considered confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.


Confirmation of Reservation

All reservations are subject to availability. Once payment is received, we will review your booking request and confirm the reservation via email or phone. Please wait for our confirmation before considering your reservation finalized.


Cancellation Policy

With a high demand for our services we must enforce a strict cancellation policy. In case of cancellation by the guest, the following applies:
For cancelations more than 8 weeks before the day of the event 80% of the total cost is refunded.
For cancelations 6 to 8 weeks before the day of the event 60% of the total cost is refunded.
For cancelations 4 to 6 weeks before the day of the event 40% of the total cost is refunded.
For cancelations 2 to 4 weeks before the day of the event 20% of the total cost is refunded.
For cancelations made less than 2 weeks before the day of the event there is no refund.


In case that unforeseen events force us to cancel a reservation, any amount paid by the guest for the reservation will be refunded in full. Force Majeure: This means that we will provide compensation if you have to cancel or change your travel arrangements because of war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather
conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may amount to force majeure. If this is the case, please notice that you have to inform us as soon as possible and/or at least 1 week before the day of the event.


Deposits are not refundable. 


All cancellations must be made in writing.


Menu Customization

We will work closely with you to tailor the menu to your preferences and dietary restrictions. Any changes or additions to the menu must be communicated at least [insert number of days] days before the scheduled event.


Chef’s Availability

Our chef’s availability is subject to change based on prior bookings and scheduling conflicts. We recommend booking your event well in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Location and Equipment

Clients are responsible for providing a suitable kitchen space equipped with necessary cooking utensils and
appliances. Additional fees may apply for travel expenses or equipment rental, depending on the location of the event.


Liability

While every effort will be made to ensure the highest quality of service, we cannot be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, inclement weather, or last-minute changes to the event schedule.
